Mandy Fason was born and raised around the lakes and mountains of Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. She trained in ballet, tap and jazz for over 16 years. With a love for theater, music and big dreams of being a film actress, she moved to Los Angeles after high school to study acting at the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena, California. As a single mother, she continued acting in theater and working in the commercial and print world in Dallas, Texas, while attaining a degree in English with a concentration in literature and a minor in theatre from the University of North Texas. Her two children have always been her driving force teaching her how strong she can be. She now resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she works in the television and film industry. Her children’s book, “Lavender & Butterflies,” is her first book publication.
